E-Learning Design

Instructional design I produced in 2013 whilst volunteering with the National Trust for Scotland, used as a training resource for volunteers and Volunteer Managers.

This e-learning course was designed and created using Articulate Storyline software and deployed via Moodle. The project involved translating an existing resource, the Volunteer Handbook, into an interactive experience with a short quiz at the end in order to test the user's knowledge.

The project involved learning to use the software (which I was new to), researching, familiarising myself with the NTS brand identity, looking through the Trust's image bank to select suitable photographs for the course and testing the finished asset.

The design was carefully considered and created in keeping with the National Trust for Scotland's brand guidelines. Once the course was completed, I produced a tutorial on how to create an Articulate Storyline e-learning resource, in addition to a user guide.
